Apple and Banana Mini Muffins
These are a perfect little bite size treat FILLED with so many flavors! Betcha can't eat just one 😉

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 egg can sub for 1 flax egg
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 mini muffin tins, with baking spray. Set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and evenly scoop into the greased mini muffin tins.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center of a muffin to see if they are baked through
- Let cool, pop out of muffin tin and enjoy!
