Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 egg can sub for 1 flax egg
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 mini muffin tins, with baking spray. Set aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and evenly scoop into the greased mini muffin tins.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center of a muffin to see if they are baked through
  • Let cool, pop out of muffin tin and enjoy!
