Double Chocolate Cookies

These cookies are rich and gooey in the center with a crunchy, chewy exterior. They are easy to make but even easier to eat!

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons cashew butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup chopped Evolved dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350℉.
  • Using a whisk, combine the cashew butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time until combined.
  • With a rubber spatula, mix the vanilla, almond flour, and chopped chocolate.
  • Scoop the dough onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
