Easy Mole Loaded Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 1/2 medium onion
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon herbs de provence
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 5 tablespoons bone broth gelatin homemade
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/3 cup almond/coconut flour blend
  • 1/2 bar Evolved Chocolate Midnight Coconut Chocolate Bar

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375℉.
  • Slice sweet potatoes into fries & bake for 25 minutes then broil for 3 (this makes them crispy!)
  • Sauté minced garlic, finely chopped onions & spices in 3 tbs avocado oil.
  • Add chili powder into the sautéed onions/garlic/spices.
  • Add remaining ingredients into a pot and warm until everything is melted and mixed in well.
  • Pour over your sweet potato fries, serve, and enjoy!
