Keto Cookie Dough Cheesecake Dip

When it comes to making cheesecake, as the late Tom Petty said, “the waiting is the hardest part”. For raw cookie dough, all you want to do is indulge even though you know you shouldn’t. This recipe solves both problems because the dip is no-bake and super simple to make! First, place all of the ingredients except the chopped chocolate in a food processor. Process until you reach a smooth consistency. After that, you’re going to want to transfer the dip into a medium-size bowl and stir in the chopped chocolate. That’s it! You’re now ready to eat this dip by the spoonful or use low-carb dippers like:

  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve Confectioner's Sweetener
  • ½ cup cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • ½ bar Midnight Coconut dark chocolate chopped

Instructions

  • Using a food processor, mix all the ingredients except the chopped chocolate until smooth.
  • Place into a bowl and stir in the chopped chocolate.
  • Serve and enjoy with your favorite dippers!
