Keto Pizza Fondue Ingredients

  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh garlic finely chopped
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 ounces sweet Italian sausage chopped and taken out of its casing
  • 1 can (28 ounces) of peeled tomatoes whole or crushed
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 ounces full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Keto Cheesy Breadsticks Ingredients

  • cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shredded or grated
  • 2 ounces full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

For the Keto Pizza Fondue

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add garlic. Saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chopped Italian sausage and break it up with a wooden spoon or potato masher as it’s cooking.
  • Add the can of tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, and Italian seasoning. Stir gently(if using a can of whole tomatoes, crush the tomatoes with a potato masher).
  • Stir in 6 ounces of cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Continue stirring and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Pour the fondue into a fondue pot(Read your fondue pot instructions before use).
  • Use the breadsticks to dip.

For the Keto Cheesy Breadsticks

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉.
  •  Line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper and spray the paper with cooking spray and set it aside.
  • Add coconut flour, all cheeses, Italian seasoning, baking powder, oil and eggs to the food processor and pulse until everything is combined.
  • Take the dough out of the processor and spoon into the pan, spread the dough to the edges. The dough should be sticky.
  • You can sprinkle some Parmesan or mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Place into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is lightly golden.
  • Take out of the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into breadstick strips or squares.
  • Serve with fondue.  Enjoy!

Sounds divine! One issue: Instruction #3 of the fondue says to add a can of tomatoes, but tomatoes are not included in the ingredient list. What size of canned tomatoes should we use?

28 ounces. The recipe has now been updated to say that. I sincerely apologize for the omission.
