Keto Pizza Fondue and Keto Cheesy Breadsticks
These cheesy breadsticks have soft, crispy edges and are seasoned with a blend of Italian seasonings. Dip them into a savory, meaty, creamy tomato fondue chock full of cheese at your next get-together. These breadsticks and the fondue are both so indulgent, you and your guests won't believe they're keto-friendly!

Ingredients
Keto Pizza Fondue Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh garlic finely chopped
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6 ounces sweet Italian sausage chopped and taken out of its casing
- 1 can (28 ounces) of peeled tomatoes whole or crushed
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 4 ounces full-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Keto Cheesy Breadsticks Ingredients
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shredded or grated
- 2 ounces full-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 eggs
Instructions
For the Keto Pizza Fondue
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add garlic. Saute for 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped Italian sausage and break it up with a wooden spoon or potato masher as it’s cooking.
- Add the can of tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, and Italian seasoning. Stir gently(if using a can of whole tomatoes, crush the tomatoes with a potato masher).
- Stir in 6 ounces of cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Continue stirring and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Pour the fondue into a fondue pot(Read your fondue pot instructions before use).
- Use the breadsticks to dip.
For the Keto Cheesy Breadsticks
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper and spray the paper with cooking spray and set it aside.
- Add coconut flour, all cheeses, Italian seasoning, baking powder, oil and eggs to the food processor and pulse until everything is combined.
- Take the dough out of the processor and spoon into the pan, spread the dough to the edges. The dough should be sticky.
- You can sprinkle some Parmesan or mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Place into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is lightly golden.
- Take out of the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into breadstick strips or squares.
- Serve with fondue. Enjoy!

The Keto Pizza Fondue takes 15 minutes to prep and 40 minutes to cook.
The Keto Cheesy Breadsticks take 20 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to cook.
Substitutions
Can use a medium-size bowl and mixing spoon in place of a food processor.
Can use ground beef, ground turkey, or plant-based crumbles in place of sausage.
Sausage can be omitted

Sounds divine! One issue: Instruction #3 of the fondue says to add a can of tomatoes, but tomatoes are not included in the ingredient list. What size of canned tomatoes should we use?
28 ounces. The recipe has now been updated to say that. I sincerely apologize for the omission.
Pretty dang yummy! The fondue was delicious and would make again. I added an extra 2 oz. of cream cheese because it seemed more like vodka sauce than fondue. The cheese sticks were pretty satisfying as well but don’t know if I will make them again.
