Paleo Brownie Skillet

Since these brownies are baked in an individual skillet, it's a perfect excuse to not share with anyone else, and keep all the fudgy goodness for yourself.
*For a version that will feed 12-15 people, triple the recipe and bake in a 8" skillet/pan.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix oil, chocolate, sugar, and egg.⁣⁣
  • Add arrowroot powder and cocoa powder.⁣⁣
  • Carefully pour and spread in 4” skillet.⁣⁣
  • Bake at 350℉ for 25 minutes.⁣⁣
  • Take out of the oven and let cool completely. Enjoy!

Is the 370 calories the entire recipe or 1/3 of the recipe (servings per container says 3). Just wanted to clarify!
