Paleo Brownie Skillet
Since these brownies are baked in an individual skillet, it's a perfect excuse to not share with anyone else, and keep all the fudgy goodness for yourself.
*For a version that will feed 12-15 people, triple the recipe and bake in a 8" skillet/pan.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1.5 tbsp arrowroot powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix oil, chocolate, sugar, and egg.
- Add arrowroot powder and cocoa powder.
- Carefully pour and spread in 4” skillet.
- Bake at 350℉ for 25 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and let cool completely. Enjoy!

Is the 370 calories the entire recipe or 1/3 of the recipe (servings per container says 3). Just wanted to clarify!
