If you don't have much time in the morning for a fancy breakfast but are in a "fancy breakfast" kind of mood, these low carb, sugar-free waffles will be your new BFF. They're fluffy on the inside with a crunchy exterior. You won't even miss the sugar!

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup arrowroot flour⁣
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder⁣
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda⁣
  • ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener⁣
  • 2 eggs⁣
  • ½ cup non dairy milk or water⁣
  • ½ cup coconut oil⁣ melted


  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the wet ingredients until combined. Then add to the dry ingredients.
  • Pour the batter into a greased, preheated waffle iron and cook until browned.⁣
