Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana mashed with back of fork
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup chopped chocolate

Instructions

This turned out excellent! I used a combination of two different kinds of dark chocolate (85% unsweetened and then a 65% sweetened) and I absolutely loved it. This breakfast lasted me two whole days, as it was so filling.
