Vegan Half Baked Cookie Dough Bites

These are awesome because they're vegan, flourless, can be eaten raw or baked, and they are purely amazing.

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ounce chocolate chopped
  • 4 tablespoons tiger nut flour

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in food processor besides the chocolate.
  • Puree until a smooth dough forms and add chocolate chunks.
  • Blend again until chunks are incorporated.
  • Scoop into tiny ½" balls and bake at 350℉ for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
