Cinnamon Sugar Mixture Ingredients
- ¼ cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons granulated monk fruit sweetener
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 1 egg
For the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
For the Cookies
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, monk fruit, and cinnamon.
With a rubber spatula, mix in oil and egg.
Scoop out into 1-1½" balls and roll around in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before enjoying!
